Privacy Policy

SalesWhisperer LTD attaches particular importance to the protection of personal data and undertakes to process data in accordance with applicable regulations, in particular the GDPR and the UK laws in force.
The data collected may include: identification data, account data, billing data, usage data, audio recordings, transcripts, conversation metadata and technical data.
Data is processed in order to provide the service, improve its features, ensure security, manage the customer relationship, comply with legal obligations and offer appropriate support.
Processing is based on the performance of the contract, the user's consent and compliance with legal obligations.
Data may be disclosed to technical subprocessors that are strictly necessary for the operation of the service, acting on the instructions of SalesWhisperer LTD.
Data is kept for as long as is strictly necessary for the purposes pursued, then deleted or anonymized.
The user has the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability in accordance with applicable regulations.
Google: sign-in and Google Calendar
Sign in with Google. If you create your account or sign in with Google, we receive your name, your email address and your profile picture. They are used to create and display your account.
Google Calendar. Connecting it is optional and available on all plans. It requests a single, read-only access to the events in your calendar (Google permission calendar.events.readonly). SalesWhisperer can neither create, modify nor delete a meeting.
- Data read: for meetings in the next few hours, the title, times, location, video conferencing link, the names and email addresses of the organizer and guests, and their responses. Canceled meetings, meetings you have declined, and out-of-office and focus time days are not taken into account.
- Use: only to notify you 10 minutes before a meeting with a contact already in your CRM, and to prepare a brief if you click that notification. Matching with your contacts takes place on your Mac.
- Disclosure: when you request a brief, the contact's record and the meeting title may be sent to Anthropic (Claude) to write it. No other disclosure.
- Retention: meetings are read on demand and are not stored on our servers. We only keep the address of the connected Google account and the access tokens provided by Google, encrypted (256-bit AES-GCM).
- Disconnection: at any time in the app's Settings. We then revoke access with Google and delete the tokens. You can also remove access from your Google account (myaccount.google.com, Security section, third-party apps).
Limited Use. “SalesWhisperer’s use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.”
In practice:
- we use this data only to provide and improve the user-facing features of the app described above;
- we transfer it to a third party only to provide these features, for security purposes, to comply with the law, or as part of a merger or acquisition, after informing you;
- we never use it for advertising, whether targeted, personalized or retargeting;
- we never sell it;
- no person reads it, except with your explicit consent for specific data, for security reasons (for example to investigate abuse), to comply with the law, or after aggregation and anonymization for internal operations;
- we do not use it to develop, improve or train generalized artificial intelligence or machine learning models.
